Quinn, 2 Months
Quinn is happy, grinning, cooing, and batting at the dangling duck...
but it's all overshadowed by... finally...
not in their Sunday best...
but who really cares what they are wearing...
Cora and Quinn happily cuddled for a picture!
Cora got painted piggies for the first time this morning. She LOVED it - she sat still the whole time I did it, and then again while I dried her toes with a blow dryer. She then walked around for a while on her heels with her toes pointed up in the air. She happily ripped off her shoes today when anyone asked to see her toes.
Cora cried when we picked Quinn back up off the ottoman. I think she liked her little snuggy bug.

Mother's Day
Time please stop.
We made our first Chuck E Cheese appearance. Cora could have spent 50 tokens on the 3 pony carousel, like the one outside of TG&Y from my childhood. Hearing her say "again" was worth the low quality pizza we ate ;)

Christening Quinn
Quinn was christened May 6, 2012. Eric was her Godfather; Aunt Paula her Godmother.
As always, Quinn was perfectly pleasant throughout the entire weekend.
Meeting Aunt Paula for the first time.
Two little girls getting gussy'd up for church. I can't wait to see whether Quinn has Cora's curls or her own style.
The bonnet only lasted for a couple of minutes.
Quinn isn't big on bonnets. Cora thinks that everyday is derby day. This is one of Cora's "rotten" faces. Cora and I have started a new thing. I say, "Cora, look at Mommy". Once she makes eye contact, I exclaim "I LOVE YOU!" Now, as soon as I say, "Cora, look at Mommy" she looks up and screams "I LOVE YOU!"
Big E and Cora have a great time together. We're so lucky to have him around!
Cora really does love her.
We think Eric should use this as a profile pic on "christiansingles.com" (Big E's going to kill us for this!)
Yep, that's an ear of corn. When ear corn is cooked, she won't eat it on the cob. But when we're shucking it, I always have to scrub an ear down for Cora to eat. She loves it raw!
Great celebratory find, Aunt Paula!
If we've dubbed Eric "Big E", then I've declared Mark "Little M"
We handed Quinn to Mark and went back to cooking. A few minutes later, Paula looked over and realized Mark was sweating bullets. Serious bullets. Quinn had started to squirm and he was terrified of her. It was really sweet.
Quinn's christening dinner.
Don't worry, we didn't forget Quinn!
Goodnight, Cora boo! Thanks for the bath wrap, Aunt Paula.
