These girls always love daddy

Schottland Alumni Happy Hour

Ems first basketball game

Big Es, Furman at Citadel.
She wasn't sure about the noise. Here she is, very very upset.

2 more minutes

When Quinn wants more time, she cocks her head to the side, scrunched her face, and says, "2 more minutes?"

It doesn't matter if we say we're setting the timer for 20 more minutes... Quinn asks for 2.

Sister hugs

They'd tumble over, and Q would declare, "Again! Let's fall down again Sissy Corda!"

Love evening playtime with these two.

Legoland

Both of our kids are super into Legos.

Quinn's tower (with a little help).

Cora's creations (without help).
When Godmother Joy sent Cora some new Legos, she declared, "I could do this all day everyday". Honestly, if Quinn didn't want to help, I swear C could do this all day.

Yesterday Landon stopped by work (Saturday) with C and Q. Jenny G was there - Jenny is super girlie and fun and young. Cora was so excited to meet "a girl engineer!"

Next bridge opening, we may have to road trip to visit Cousin Lisa at work.

The non-baby baby

A babysitter declared we don't even get to count Emily as a third child. She's so good.

Em cried for a couple seconds yesterday because I sat her down for a second when she was hungry.

It made for a tough day.
That was a lot of crying for her.

On Friday night Landon picked up girls and met me downtown for dinner. It threw off Ems schedule for her solid food (every night at dinner she's had a veggie for about 6 wks). It was also a bit cold where we sat.

She clearly wasn't happy. How did we know? She scowled a little and refused to flirt. That's it. That's the extent of an Emily tantrum.

Remind me to read this when she is 2.
