Official first day of preschool pic

Best friend Jill came to visit

Cora, Eyla, Alex, and Quinn.
Oh how I wish we lived closer.

Pixie Tail

Erin and Sean Groeber stopped by for 10 minutes to borrow our pressure washer. I was in the garage retrieving it for 2 minutes tops. When I came out, Quinn's hair was in her first pixie tail. I didn't think it was nearly long enough. It's funny what a good friend can spot.

Fall Babies

Quinn loves our neighbor Jenny's cat.

Coincidentally, this was the cat that Cora saw this summer when she drove by and announced, "Guess what, Mommy! Our new house has a CAT!".

We're so excited to eat bananas!

Quinn did something. Cora walked over and put Quinn in timeout. Quinn stayed there obediently. Cora was serious. I think Quinn assumed this must be some game.

At Cora's school picnic. That's Cora with end-of-day-crooked dog ears on the end to the left; Quinny set-up camp right in the middle of all of the big kids.

A favorite.

This isn't a good pic. However, it shows the difference in Quinn & Cora's body types perfectly. These pants were ALWAYS too long on Cora, all the way up until when she was 2.5 years old and wearing them (just 6 months ago). Quinn wore them for the first time last week (at 1.5 years old) --- and they are already too short! My long-legged Quinny.

Rain boots

Cora and Quinn got rain boots for their birthday. It was sunny in Charleston, but 4 days post-party, I could no longer discourage Cora from dressing both of them in the boots. I guess we're always in danger of a high-tide in Charleston.

Our favorite color is "Tennessee"

We had some friends over to watch the Tennessee Oklahoma game.

Guess who dropped in! Jillian Peat with Jayla!

My kids loved Jillian!

I loved this series of Quinn.
